I’m here to prove to your internal skepticism that it can be delicious, easy, and fun!

When it comes to food, we live in a culture that's drowning in information but starving for knowledge. There is so much conflicting information about food and diet it’ll make your head spin. And it can be extremely overwhelming to figure out what you should and shouldn't eat. 

Food has become the new religion.

There is no perfect diet for everyone.

Food is not black and white. We all have a unique biological make-up, lifestyle, environment, external stressors etc. Which is why certain food or diets work better for some vs. others.

Eat REAL Food

Get back to nature and focus on things that walk, swim, or grow on the earth. Stay away from high processed foods that have a laundry list of ingredients. Eating REAL food is the most valuable and important principle to follow. And here’s the cool thing - Once you start focusing the majority of your diet on real food, your body will crave it!

Sugar is hiding EVERYWHERE these days. It’s in salad dressing, pasta sauce, bread, yogurt, chips, cereal, protein bars, you name it! It’s lurking in so many places you’d least expect. And the mass overconsumption of sugar is  wreaking havoc on our health as a society. But Fear Not, because life should be sweet sometimes! I’m not here to demonize sugar. But I am here to help you to check yourself and really be honest with how much sugar you are consuming on a regular basis.

Forget Low Fat

We were trained to believe that fat is evil. But the truth is that our bodies need fat.


  • our brains are made up of 60% fat.

  • every cell in our body is wrapped in a membrane of protein & fat

  • our bodies use fat for energy and hormone regulation.


Fat is your friend! 

The key is to focus on getting dietary fat from quality sources. Again, when you eat REAL food and cut out highly processed foods, this becomes so much easier!
