A Relaxapeutic Experience
Where deep relaxation meets advanced therapeutic techniques.
Cookie cutter spa massage is not what you'll find here.
My philosophy on massage & bodywork is a whole body, integrative, and client curated approach. I specialize in deep tissue, therapeutic bodywork with an emphasis on calming the nervous system and allowing the body to naturally decompress and unwind. My style is a combination of methodical, focused, deep tissue work along with nurturing, sedative, relaxation techniques.
First & foremost, I encourage a space for clients to deeply relax, “drop in” to the session, and allow their bodies to tap into the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & restore.) This is where the body is truly open to receive the benefits of deeper therapeutic work, as we can leverage the intrinsic connection between our nervous and muscular system. A calm nervous system creates a calm body. And a calm body is one that’s open to receive. And a body that’s open to receive, can experience true muscle melting magic.
As we move through the world physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, our bodies are constantly changing with each new day and circumstance. For that reason, every session is carefully tailored to my clients needs on each given day and moment in time. I ask questions, listen, tune into the body, and create the most nourishing and result driven session possible, each and every time, to build your body and mind back up to being the BOSS that you are.

Kiva is my sweet pup who comes into session to take naps and cultivate extra calm and loving energy. She’s chill AF, a total ham, and my clients loooove her. Her nap game is strong and she will show you just how easy it is to noodle out and relax.
Kiva’s calming presence is non-negotiable in my practice. My office is located in a live-work unit so it doubles as her home. If you are uncomfortable or allergic to dogs I completely understand. However, unfortunately I am just not the right therapist for you. I appreciate your understanding!

The VIP Experience
When you book a session with me you will always get the VIP treatment with a no BS pricing approach. I don’t upcharge for different massage styles, techniques, tools, or add-ons. I curate each session to what my clients need on any given day, which may include different massage techniques, cupping, hot stones, essential oils, heating packs, hot towels, CBD oils & salves etc. My pricing is a flat rate that accounts for my time, experience, knowledge, tools, indulgent extras, and deep intention. Expect a divine treatment with no catch.
60 minute session - $125
75 minute session - $145
90 minute session - $165
